Welcome to New Orleans Parent Organizing Network
Who are we?
New Orleans Parent Organizing Network (NOLA PON) is a community organization dedicated to supporting the leadership of parents of public school students. We believe every child should have an excellent public school and that parents are essential to creating excellent public schools.
NOLA PON is a not-for-profit organization that supports parents in taking a powerful role in the creation of excellent public schools by providing quality information about public schools, building strong parent groups and networks and advocating for parent and family-friendly school practices and policies. NOLA PON helps parents move out of the margins and take a central role in transforming public education. Looking for a New Orleans school? Now there’s an app for that
